What you have gathered into [manuscripts] of Church history is not lost, but a little treasurer [sic] laid away in your Church vault or iron safe, there to remain like the contents of the corner-stone, till God calls for it, which may never be. My present impressions are that Christian Scientists are making material history and evil altogether too real.
